What are you talking about?
You can dismantle the blue stuff and power up your purple stuff to be on the same level.
A 280 blue can power up a 240 purple into a 270/280 purple. Then you have legendary perks like extra heavy ammo on powerful armor, and not just powerful armor.

Yeah i get what you are saying but at this stage i dont think its worth it infusing purple gear. The ones i have i dont really like. And i aint spending legendary marks on armour i dont like the look of hahahaha
