Will Xur still be selling Year 1 weapons like Last Word?
I ask because the Shipwright has a quest that requires the Last Word but when I started The Taken King I got Hawkmoon instead. I hate hand cannons in general (mostly because I can't aim with them) but I want to do her quest. So does anyone know if Xur will ever be handing out the Last Word again or if I'm going to have to abandon the quest until I randomly get it someday?

5 RepliesYeah her quest gives the chaperone. Two of my friends got it yesterday but they could barely make progress on it fast. We couldn't figure out the math to get it to 100% and have a positive gain almost every game

I think that if Xur just "happens" to sell Last Word, it would be.....a challenge to blame it on RNG. Not that it couldn't happen randomly, but come on...... :-)
