I was doing quests with my friends and after completion we had to go to Arach Jalaal to finish it and begin next step. Quest is the legion's beachhead. After talking to Jalaal everyone else on our party except for me gained a legendary ghost shell as a reward. We have asked about this from our friends playing the game and so far everyone else got the shell. Is this supposed to happen?
