I have the issue of getting the quest for year 1 on 2/3 characters. I did the quest on one character got the legendary ghost from speaker so on and on. Switch characters don't get the quest for the other 2. Is the quest a one time thing or is something wrong. Not sure if this is the same issue being described

I'm having the same issue. I can only get the 2 crucible quests. The first TTK mission is open, other then doing that, I don't know what to do.
