Will I am having an odd one. I have not been able to redeem my Ghost shell on any 3 of my characters. Now I am aware there is a quest you must do in order to recieve it, and the "Brave" shader, Emblem and Sparrow cannot be in your inventory, but I have not even triggered the quest start. Is there something I am missing here, as I can redeem all other items at Kiosks, and completed the Triumphs quite a while ago
