It's against Xbox terms of service for them to do that! So I think it's a glitch:S
If you look at Xbox status it says (or said when I last looked) that there are issues with DLC:(
They will sort it eventually, just annoying it's taking so long:(
I found a way that kinda works if you check out my other feeds/posts:)
