It was available in the XBox marketplace on September 8th when I purchased it. Despite the transaction existing in my XBox live account I couldn't play TTK. I tried re-downloading the expansion. Still nothing. I tried a full re-install and you can't download the original game or the expansion now. No updates or anything? Why pre-order if you can't play it on release? XBox live support said that they can't do anything. They said it's on Bungie's end. So what do we do? I can't play at all right now.

Same here man. I have the physical edition, but the game won't load. I entered the codes for the DLC's, but nothing seems to be working. If this isn't fixed by the end of the month, which is a sign that they really aren't trying, then I better have a full refund
