Hello all, The Veteran's Tour Quest is only available [b][u]once per account[/u][/b] for players that have purchased The Taken King and that qualify for VIP Rewards. You begin the quest by speaking with Commander Zavala in the Hall of Guardians. Please check that Commander Zavala does not have the quest waiting for your on all of your characters and all check that it is not in your active quests or abandoned quests. We are aware of an issue where some players have access to some of the VIP Rewards without having purchased The Taken King. These players will not be able to access the Veteran's Tour Quest. Some posts in this thread indicate that players are still encountering an issue with this quest. Therefore, if you have purchased The Taken King, qualified for the VIP Rewards, [b][u]and[/u][/b] have checked all of your characters for the Veteran's Tour quest as noted above, please reply to this post.
