Thank you Bungie, yall came through. Just got the digital download to work. Next time just don't make me wait so long.

How'd you do it?

I uninstalled everything and I am reinstalling it right now. The game itself is still downloading, but all the DLCs including TTK downloaded while installing the game and are now on there. I would just try to uninstall all your DLCs first and not the game cause this taking forever.
