I would like to know that since I downloaded the TTK on my xbox one will it transfer back to the 360 when it's done? This really concerns me..

No the DLC will not transfer up or down console lines

No according to Bungie themselves it does not transfer up the console lines Only the previous expansions and vanilla Destiny do.
