Okay, well why did I spend 20 extra dollars then?.. My friends have all received their emotes and shaders and class items. I am unsure as to why I spend the same dollar amount as my friends and don't get the same content. What I need to know is can I be compensated in game or do I need to contact xbox help center?

You payed for content you already had unless you bought the add on pack that includes collectors edition content that costs $20

Well that confused me. Um yea I bought the collectors edition in game a couple days prior to release of the DLC. The other option was just the normal DLC for The Taken King. I've already checked my bank history online and it's saying true to me buying the collectors edition

Ok I understand now bungie says that they are aware of the issue and are trying to fix it along with how on Xbox 360 marketplace does not have that bonus $20 upgrade
