I pre-ordered the game at the end of august in order to get the Suros and Vanguard weapon packs. Yesterday, I received an email which I picked up this morning from the retailer stating: "your order has been cancelled" leaving me no time to re-order before the dlc dropped. There are and have been funds available in my account for the game the whole time. As a result of this, I had to re-purchase the dlc today, loosing my eligibility for the bonuses. I am a year one player who has purchased the game and all the dlc's FULL PRICE, no season pass either, and received merely an armour shader for my customer loyalty and bungie doesn't even have any direct way of contacting them for customer support, so you have to jump through hoops to get any sort of recognition. Never mind help.
