Ok so I own a PS3 and both expansions and it still won't let me download for some reason. It just says this item cannot be purchased at this time... I own both dlcs and my friend has the expansion pack and he can't get it either. Any suggestions?

Ok update- I tried getting the collectors edition and it won't let me do that either! Wth bungee?!?!?

Do you own both expansions? I'll admit... I gameshared tdb. But does that mean I still can't buy ttk? To get it does it have to be on my character, or purchased on the store?

I have the HOW and we have TDB on my dads account but there both on the ps4
