I haven't been getting any Legendary Marks and I've been play story quest and crucible and nothing I don't know what the problems is can anyone help?

Almost got all 3 of my toons to level 40. But I haven't seen a single Legendary drop, or Exotic drop, or Legendary Mark anywhere.. But Hang in there, I'm sure they will work out all the kinks in there coding sooner or later :~P
