Ok but once I get that, how do I buy TTK by its self (options in game are either buy the legendary edition or the collectors edition )?

well supposedly if YOU BUY as in yourself spending $40 for both DLC it will allow you. If its licensed transferred then youre practically -blam!-ed supposedly im in that boat
