It doesn't help that Bungie doesn't even address this problem with an answer. Idk if I should just buy another Taken King or wait cause this could be a glitch?

Don't buy another - when you purchased TTK the usage rights specifically say ""Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console..." It's definitely a glitch.

Alright good now just gotta play the waiting game. Can't wait to start while all my friends are going to be way ahead.
