I am encountering the same issue. My wife and I share an Xbox 360 and we have been able to play The Dark Below and House of Wolves with only purchasing it once (as it should be) but now I can't play The Taken King because she downloaded it on her account. Only she can play. If this doesn't get fixed, I'm not buying anything from Bungie any more this is just ridiculous.
