I am encountering the same issue. My wife and I share an Xbox 360 and we have been able to play The Dark Below and House of Wolves with only purchasing it once (as it should be) but now I can't play The Taken King because she downloaded it on her account. Only she can play. If this doesn't get fixed, I'm not buying anything from Bungie any more this is just ridiculous.

I got Dark Below and House of Wolves on both accounts by downloading it to my Xbox once but now I'm stuck watching all my friends play TTK while I am still waiting for this issue to be resolved. I don't have another $40 to dish out for a second purchase of the same online content I already bought. How can we fix this Bungie?
