Did pre order on ps3 have not received my vanguard rifle pack

It's the green weapons from the vanguard armor person with the guns

No suros pack on Xbox one either and missing suros emblem and shader. For 40gbp and only earning a handful of marks a day, was it really worth it Bungie?
