Ok gotcha, I'm still overseas so I haven't had a chance to log in and noticed that I had nothing via the app or website. Was pretty disheartening lol. Thanks!

Yeah if you go to Varus he'll let you pick exotic gun. (It's in your "Mission" section on "inventory" tab)

I hear ya. Although given the numerous problems players have encountered so far with this launch, I wouldn't be surprised if the exotic ciphers are a part of this mess too. Let's hope not. You're welcome, bud.
