Dear Bungie,
HELP! I have multiple xbox live accounts on my xbox 360. Both are gold. I downloaded TTK digital ($40) using money in my live account and it is listed as saved to my 360 hardrive. I can play TTK on one account and I think it is absolutely amazing so far. I love Destiny and have been looking forward to TTK since it was first announced. However, even though it is listed as on my xbox hardrive, I can not play TTK on my 2nd account. I can access Destiny and both its expansions, but it still says I need TTK. My brother and I both use these two separate accounts and so I want to be able to play on both accounts. How can I fix it so that my xbox recognizes TTK on my hardrive so my brother and I can BOTH play it?

it could be a glitch, cause I tested it on my xbox one and 2nd account worked fine. First time there was an error, but 2nd time attempting it worked. I will test again on different xbox later on.

Ditto! Glad to see we're not the only ones having this problem. BUNGIE! I understand problems happen but I hope you're planning to make the first day player rewards available to all of us who purchased this and were unable to play.

It doesn't help that Bungie doesn't even address this problem with an answer. Idk if I should just buy another Taken King or wait cause this could be a glitch?

Don't buy another - when you purchased TTK the usage rights specifically say ""Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console..." It's definitely a glitch.

I'm pissed I have to pay what like 50$ a year for gold then I payed over 100$ in this game and now this crap? What a scam they didn't even tell us about this... I'm done with your crap that you pull off. You finally make a good dlc that cost 40$ and then make it so its only available on one account? Wtf just tell us why and stop doing this crap. Let us get it on both not everyone can afford to pay 80$ for 2 copies of the exact same thing. Stop being greedy. Please fix this and thank you. 😀

I am encountering the same issue. My wife and I share an Xbox 360 and we have been able to play The Dark Below and House of Wolves with only purchasing it once (as it should be) but now I can't play The Taken King because she downloaded it on her account. Only she can play. If this doesn't get fixed, I'm not buying anything from Bungie any more this is just ridiculous.

I don't have another $40 to dish out for a second purchase of the same online content I already bought. How can we fix this Bungie?

Same issue here. We have 3 accounts. Only one can play TTK. Has anybody been able to resolve this? So far the reset instructions have not helped us.

The same thing happened to me. Why do you do this bungie? The dlc wasn't free at all, and we have to pay for it twice.

Having the same issue! Me And my bf share and Xbox so both our accounts are on it. he downloaded it and can play it fine but when I sign in it says I don't have it! There is no way I have to buy two DLCs for one Xbox right?!?! Let me know if you resolve please:)

It is locked to the gt that bought it. No license transfer either.
