Hey, I also play on PS4, as does my wife. My account is the Master Account and has the PS4 set as the Primary PS4. My wife's account is a Sub-Account and also has the PS4 set as Primary. She has been playing all day without issue. So I don't know if it is a licensing issue or what is going on. I would make sure all the settings on each account are correct. Best of luck, let us know if you find out what the issue is, as many people are having this problem it seems.
