Hey, I also play on PS4, as does my wife. My account is the Master Account and has the PS4 set as the Primary PS4. My wife's account is a Sub-Account and also has the PS4 set as Primary. She has been playing all day without issue. So I don't know if it is a licensing issue or what is going on. I would make sure all the settings on each account are correct.
