It seems the main problem is that you have to pay 40$ for the TTK content, eventhough it's supposed to be free like all the rest in that edition. Have the same problem, same error code.. but was able to see the content list (press X when the error pops up), and there it says all are free except TTK dlc, which is 40$ >.< But apparently Microsoft is working on the issue, no idea about when it will be fixed though.. hopefully soon.
