its been doing this to me since the release of taken king at 5 so idk what to tell you

Me to. Tried everything

Servers are over loaded 2.o took me 8 tries to download just be patient. I know it sucks but it'll work eventually, also if when you try to load Destiny and it keeps kicking you out just put the courser over the destiny icon and click whatever button open the menu (ps3 is triangle) then click check for update it will do a 30 Mb download and then it will work.
