I NEED HELP. i just spent 80 bucks on the collectors edition last night and its not letting me download it today i keep getting a error code 80070057 and i tried the 'walkaround' method but it didnt work plz help asap im vary mad. we waited for so long and spent so much money on this since day one and we still cant play while people who never played are playing now.

From what I've read from the forums, if you don't have 40 dollars in your account, then the 'walk around' method doesn't work.

Servers are over loaded 2.o took me 8 tries to download just be patient. I know it sucks but it'll work eventually, also if when you try to load Destiny and it keeps kicking you out just put the courser over the destiny icon and click whatever button open the menu (ps3 is triangle) then click check for update it will do a 30 Mb download and then it will work.
