Bungie, I need help. My profile on the app said I had moments of triumph completed after I spent so long doing all of the activities... I checked 3 days ago and it was still complete... however, now that taken king has dropped it says that it is incomplete, and that I am not able to get my emblem that I worked so hard for :( please, can someone from bungee help with this?..

Yes. It's actually listed as one of the bullet points in this thread.
