Finally got my code to work, after buying a hard copy and the (broken) legendary digital version. I wouldn't mind my money back for the non-refundable (broken) digital download. Personally I think you should be able to do this, even if only temporarily for those that it's not working for, at least until it gets fixed.

Open up the phobos mission, When you are told to purchase the game select enter code Use the code that is supposed to be for expansion pass (top code) Select download now Take. King should download Sign out of destiny Sign back in Should be good to go
