Yes I see that when you click on one of the icons it may show "0/20" like for the chests. Mine does this as well but I got my emblem. Did you check your inventory? Mine dropped right into my Emblem inventory. Check your Emblem Collection as well, if you haven't already.

Yeah it's in my collection you'd think there'd be a notification about it, I got really about it after checking the app and seeing things greyed out. Welp now I feel like an idiot lol
