I've been playing The Taken King for about 4 hours now and nothing has been prompting me to get the pre-order weapons. I've checked both the gunsmith and the vanguard quartermaster multiple times and I'm not getting anything. I've beaten Oryx now and still nothing. My xbox one shows the pre-order bonus as downloaded. I don't know what is happening. I don't know if this could of caused it, but I was one of the people who got the Shader and the Emblem on the launch of 2.0 .
