Why is the download going from 0% to 37% back to 0% until the download fails? Im betting there will be no reply from bungie

I've had this happen to me every time with this so called work around.

Got us closer to a download than bungie could. They wont even tell us how long it'll take to fix this best we get is "we're investigating"
