Everyone take a deep breath, and relax
Launch day issues are not an uncommon occurrence for online games. Especially ones of this size and scope. Bungie is working on resolving the problems plaguing many people. They are getting hammered by complaints on the side as well. Is hasn't even been 12 hours since TTK officially released. Give them time to work through the problems. There is no need to panic. No need to threaten with lawsuits, or push for refunds, or whine like a little child that can't have dessert. This is a video game. Life will continue while this is getting fixed. Let them do their jobs. Stop flaming. Just breath. It will all be ok.

They knew the magnitude of this dlc and should have been prepared for something like this. It's ridiculous people are being held back content because of they're bs on the Market place only the legendary and collection edition is available,... Coincidence?
