In the hidden menu click A then down on the D pad. Repeat 7 times. Check downloads and you will see it all there!

That actually, from what I've heard, costs $40.

I bought the Legendary Edition. The little fix everybody is saying isnt working for me. It does show all the downloads. But none of it will download for me. It's ridiculous Bungie!
