TTK $40 digital download still isn't available for Xbox 360. If it is, I can't find it anywhere. Can you please shed some light on this issue? Thanks!

You just click on one of the TTK exclusive missions, then it will ask you to buy one of the editions. The first is the forty dollar, the second is the sixty, and the third is the eighty. Hope this helps.

It should be available in game in the director! You just click on the TTK symbol in the bottom left corner where the dreadnought should be!
