They acknowledged every single issue thus far you goon. Just because they don't directly respond to you whiny children doesn't mean they aren't fixing the issues. Maybe you guys are new here. Ever since the release they have addressed and fixed multiple issues. Same can't be said for most developers. That's why it's so annoying this community constantly cries/complains until they get their way. Maybe it's because your parents didn't discipline you turds but I've never seen so many cry babies in my life.

Your wrong they have said nothing about having to redownload 2.0. Since it takes at least a day to complete no one affected even knows what will happen after we lose a day or why we were impacted and no one else.

I am having an issue. I had my golden chests reset and am not getting my legendary marks. I just choose to act mature and not lose my mind over something petty. There have been multiple issues in the past and they have always been addressed/fixed. Act like a big boy youngin', you'll get your way eventually.
