Treasure Hunt: Collector's edition
Alright Guardians, eyes up.
Inside the collector's edition, there is a degree chart on the back of the "Sleeper Stimulant" blueprint plus some steps you are given to follow.
I got it with my PS4 edition but looked around for things on the 360 attempting to find a "North" in this game and converting in game travel distance to "Local Nautical Miles".

Here are the steps:
<Start at the crashed ship>
<Begin observations and proceed 147 Local Nautical Miles on heading 102.5>
<Set course 195 and continue 68 nmi>
<Turn 59° to starboard and travel 115 nmi>
<Travel at heading 308 until due south of the ship where you started, then stop and analyze your collected data>

In terms of degree headings: North=0°, East=90°, South=180°, and West=270°
The degree diagram is set on a small section of Latitudes and Longitudes.
56° N, 55°N and 54°N Latitude
Along the 43° W Longitude
Degree circle spread between 54° and 56°
Increments of 60 somethings. Marked with a " ' ".
Inside hollow of book is "55°52' North" and "44°11' W"
Not aure if they correlate with the "written steps" or not.
1 nautical mile=1.15 kilometers. Rounding down to 1 km for easy translation of "walking-to-nmi" ratio.
30 seconds of casual walking is about 200 meters in game.
Possible starting locations for a "crashed ship".
-First ship on Earth
-Forgotten Shore tanker (For Nautical Miles)
-Maybe a Cabal ship on Phobos (Anyone seen a crashed ship yet?)
Let me know what you gals and guys find and come up with. It's the first task at hand for "Legacy of Fenrir" in terms of a enigmatic puzzle. Anyone is welcome to help.

Provided by Prime, use the MIDAs compass to locate north. I didn't think about it because I confused it for not working as a treasure radar rather than a compass.

Dreadnought: Cabal crashed frigate
Venus: Crashed Fallen skiff after going through Ishtar academy.
Dreadnought seems more doable because of how massive it is.

So i was trying to figure this out a couple days ago because i remember Banshee saying that the relic fusion rifles i was turning in he said something like "There was music, nice music. Not sure where it came from though" So i was looking at the clues and thought maybe "Start at the crashed ship" could be for the ships that are buried in forgotten shores but wasn't sure about the coordinates. But then it hit me. You know that patrol bounty that you need to pass these blue things (Lets call them beam) that come from the ground?. Well what if the location those spawn are really the coordinates and you have to do it in a certain order. I thought of this because the directions tell you "go back to the ship you started at, stop, analynze your collected data" and those blue things spawn in the same locations they start at so maybe you have to find one of those blue beams thats next to a ship then do it in a certain order then when your at 90 or higher go back to the blue beam you started from.

I don't think the coordinates have anything to do with the forgotten shore, but that the coordinates put together a code that is comprised of the many letters and numbers on the back of the blueprint. The small red numbers and letters more specifically. Hope this helps Edit: it also seems that the coordinate behind the strange coin could be of some help
