Has anyone been able to access the $20 upgrade that grants you the collector's edition emotes and shaders? On Ps4?

Sorry for being a little annoying about this lol... Did you just search "Destiny"? or "Destiny collector's edition" because I did that earlier and it brought me to the original collector's edition pack that was released when the game released last year.
