No. Microsoft said after we wiped everything and reset the console that the issue is with Bungie.

I was told to wait a few more days but I'm more than likely going to be pushing for a refund.

I'll probably do the same if it isn't fixed. I should anyway since I bought the $80 version from the marketplace and not the 60 from in game.

That's the exact same thing I did. That's a lot of money for this type of problems. They really need to get it resolved asap.

I guess they couldn't really predict this but I also feel there should have been a team ready for exactly this.

Just a fyi, my S/O fixed the 80070057 issue for me. He downloaded my profile on his xbox One while I was at work and TTK opened up like a charm. When I got home and tried to play on my 360, I found it was ready and waiting for me. Now from what I understand the game shouldn't transfer from one to 360 and vise versa, (he didn't know that shouldn't have happened), but hey I'm up and running now. It is worth the wait but the suros pack is crap. Love the sparrow and the old guard shader.
