Guys, this guy is on to something, I tried this and they entered my active downloads, now they are just pending though, but it's something!!!
So all of you with error code 80070057
"Ccdd100" posted this on another thread, and it works like a charm for you on X360!
"Bungie and everyone, I have found the solution! When it gives you the error code a hidden menu appears. Click A, then down, and repeat. Do this 7 times and then check your active downloads. Worked like a charm!"

Got the active download working for me XBox360 fingers crossed!

Yea same but it won't complete the download for me! It will jump between 0-37-1-0-37 but never finish, so I'm trying some other methods to get it to work

i tryed this it takes me to a screen where i need to buy something, does not tell me how much it is just that i have to buy something, im thinking rebuy the dlc, so F that. i tryed going down 1 by 1 each time did nothing 7 did that, and 8 did the same thing as pressing B, let me download expansion 2 again, i think the problem im having is its not telling me to download expansion 1, so it wont download expansion 3
