I see you're on PSN, check your library to make sure it's downloaded, or restore licenses and make sure that you got the money taken out of your card when you made the purchase. If you bought it at gamestop or any other retailer and redeemed the code, check your wallet funds, sometimes instead of redeeming content it actually adds funds to your wallet. Check all those, if you redeemed the code, or bought it with your card and it took out the money and still says it, call psn costumer support
