Hello Bungie, Would it be possible for you to explain why it's not available on Xbox Marketplace and why you didn't release this information prior to the release of TKK, please? Both TDB and HoW were available on Marketplace, so it seems a bit strange that TKK isn't. To confuse matters more, one of your staff, minutes before the release of TKK, confirmed it would be available on Marketplace in a response to a post but that post has now mysteriously vanished. A fair few of us were relying on it (and still are) being available via the Xbox Live site. Not all of us 360 players are in regions where the game is officially available so have had to create proxy accounts (thanks to advice provided by you) in order to be able to play. Until today, there have been absolutely no issues downloading DLC and enjoying the game. Being able to purchase TKK in-game only has thrown a massive spanner into the works. This is by no means a rant, but a lot of us have been here since day one, have enjoyed this game immensely but have now hit a brick wall and cannot continue with year 2.

  • Good job, Their lack of communication in this forum if not even to say " we see the issue and we are working" is disappointing to the point where i'm on the line with my bank and plan to get every penny i spent back for TTK and will just find something else to play. not made by bungie

  • Same exact position as you. Told myself don't pre order until you know it's worth the high price. After the first two dlcs being nothing I hoped for I talked myself into giving Bungie one more chance. Then again, I fell for the old marketing techniques again.

  • Very well put. Ironic enough the comment about the TTK being for sale upon the marketplace vanished.. Another disheartening factor is the lack of information regarding our problems from Bungie. On their own forums they haven't shown reasonable effort towards helping the people with such major problems.

  • The misinformation and perceived radio silence is not really of any help at all and comes across as a massive slap in the face at this stage, but I am hoping Bungie will step up and address the current issues in full. They're a quality company that produces top-notch games, but their lack of customer support, at times like this, is far from encouraging. Paying for DLC is no issue at all, but when you have companies like Rockstar offering free DLC and no region blocking, it makes you wonder what happened with this crew.
