Couldn't find my triumph emblem and it looks like I had the Chest reset, too. I had checked on it a number of times to be certain it was done, but now zero chests. For what it's worth, it looks like Crucible Wins and Public Events also read 0/100 and 0/50, but they are still marked in gold as completed. Just a heads up.
