[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. [b] 9/16 UPDATE - This offer should now be available to all eligible players in all eligible regions. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.
[u][b]9/25 NOTES[/b][/u]

• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.
[u][b]9/26 NOTES[/b][/u]
• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. In the meantime, please ensure that all Destiny content is installed with [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507] this Help article[/url]. • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.
• There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Issues impacting the Hakke/Suros Arsenal Packs have been resolved. Installation of the Suros Arsenal Pack or Hakke Weapons Pack may be required: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507

• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

So my brother and I both play different 360's but I bought the taken king and we used it on his 360 first and I license transfered expecting to be able to play with him and now it's saying I need to purchase it even though I bought the dlc and license transfered and have it downloaded. Can someone please help me figure this out.

[b]I purchased the Legendary edition for Xbox One (Pre-Order) it came with the code for the weapons pack etc., i have tried ALL of the above but still cannot get the ANY of the bonus items promised. No banner, shader, or weapons pack. I uninstalled everything and then reinstated but still nothing. I would really like to get what i paid for, and looking through here there are many others that still have not received their promised items.. [/b]

I played since beta but after HoW my play time declined drastically. So i traded in destiny. After ttk dropped i decided with the new content to come back and play. I enjoy the content. I dont enjoy having to perform a makeshift workaround to play it. Going to my account. Download history. Select destiny game. Select play now. Even after your patch. Countless redownloads. I cant play it from my games list. ZERO customer service. ZERO response. NOTHING. Dont get me started on how i have to buy it again on my xbox one. Guess they realized how much money they lost on the other dlcs by not charging you twice. You would think they would want to redeem themselves some with a clean launch. More like cleaning out our wallets.

Bungie you are really -blam!-ing me over right now I would love to play the taken king but guess what because of your -blam!-ed servers I can't. Now I know you will say its my fault and I'm to blame but i never have this much trouble trying to play online on any other online game. Now I'm guessing my problem would be solved by dedicated Australian servers but I'm smart enough to know that won't happen

I've realized the problem with the TTK being unavailable for purchase. I bought the 1st expansion on my main account, but the second I bought it in my little brothers account by mistake. We use the same Xbox and it didn't seem to be a problem with last DLCs. But I realized that the TTK can be purchased on my brothers account and not my main. I went to gamestop to buy a code for the TTK and they said they had it, but sadly I got to buy in-game money to buy in on the marketplace. I have the money waiting on my account and the sad part is that I can only buy in on my lil bro's account. Today I saw in the xbox home an add of TTK thinking that it will now be available... Bungie is advertising the Legendary and Collectors, but no standalone. Bungie, is there a way for me to purchase TTK with my predicament? I've seen every post so far that have the same problem and the way I see it are just faithful fans that only want to have fun with your product. I know you guys are not going to let us down. #Help

WHY THE HELL ARE YOU making us pay.? i just wanna play with my friends who dont have xbox one . what would happen if i buy another taken king DLC. for the 360 and my friends get the xbox 1. WASTE OF A 40$ DLC. costumers are always right. we got you where you are now. dont screw this up. we can make you popular and we can make you go bankrupt. costumers always win. if not well, will see who will be laughing at the end of this " i wanna get rich off of people buying duplicate's of the game"

I had the expansion pass and now iv gone to buy the stand alone taken king expansion which I should be able to access because I have the other dlc's, but it's unavailable??? Help anyone?

So listen Bungie AND pls ANSWER me When u gonna Patch or fix this so everbody can downloade the standalone version Im waiting since tuesday AND i havent heared any information about u patching it Because people got Shared dlc u not let them download it i think thats stupid every Body shoul be able to buy the standalone version AND PLS FIX IT AS FAST AS YOU CAN I REALY WANT TO PLAY THE TTK

The tower keeps telling me there is a taken king quest in it but no one wants to talk or take anything from me and no quest says to go there. Also I have beaten the court if oryx quest line and got the artifact and the shader but the achievement on the Xbox One didn't unlock. Hoping for a fix soon.

I keep getting black screens when i try to load anything on my hunter and i cant even go back to orbit. But i can load things fine on my other characters. How do i fix this its been doing this for about a day now

How about fixing my DAMN!!! CANARY!!! PROBLEM!!!, No it is not my internet... BS! Cause I'm getting kicked every 5 minutes and I'm still in my party every time, which means it is your servers. Not once was i able to play today because of your damn servers in California for the xbox one how about you fix that, considering i payed $500+ on all you special editions for both ps4 and xbox one for everyone at the house who can't play on the xbox...

I've bought the Destiny: Taken King Bundle for PS4 and have not received the digital collectors edition content for my new warlock class, my other characters, however, received their shader, dance emote, and exotic class items.

I download the Taken king digital collectors edition on the Xbox one, and when I go try playing it for the 360 it say I gotta buy again, please help play it on the 360 because that's is where I have my mic

Bungie, the taken king would be great if i was able to play it. No i didint buy it but why should that stop me from playing destiny. Why cant those who havent bought it get to do the quest. We should at leadt be able to do that so we can get our new subclasses. I love destiny. Ive been playing since day one, but after this expansion i feel like i cant do anything. I would love to play with the new subclasses. Not being able to do the raid I understand but everything is based on lvl.40. We cant get to lvl.40 without the expansion. So itd be great if you somehow someway let those of us who arent able to get the expansion, get to do the quests.

Xbox one with the taken king. Whenever I return to the tower, I randomly get sound effects cutting in and out. Both in my headset and speakers. (Every 3rd or 4th step will be heard, some jumps, deploy ghost sound doesn't work. Also when speaking to Ikora and others for missions, the subtitles come up but they do not always speak. The mouth does not move like it hasn't been activated.) I was also playing a strike and my players left. 2 joined I late and this affected my sound critically. Could not pinpoint enemies, my pulse rifle would only sound off 1 or 2 of 3 bursts, music cutting in and out,etc.
