• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. • Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.

• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.

• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.

• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

Bungie, I received the awards on my Xbox One but not on PS4. I believe it's because the DLCs, although installed, were not marked as "purchased." When I "installed" them again today, I received purchase receipts from Sony for today's date at $0.00. If those dates were used to determine eligibility, I would have been hit with a false negative. I had bought the version with all DLC originally for PS4, and TTK Digital Collector, so I should qualify.

I had in the settings console (xbox one) to indicate that I am in the US, then the extension was installed.) After installation, I have returned to normal console settings. Apparently in store for Russian expansion is not there. Perhaps in other stores, too, have the same problem. I hope my experience will be useful to other defenders.

Im trying to complete the "A Broken Will" quest, i collected all the resources but it still says incomplete . What do i do ???

I'm unable to purchase the taken king digital download even though I have both of the previous expansions. I've tried going onto my other profiles to see if it would change but it hasn't. I don't want to have to waste another $20 for the limited edition just to reobtain the same dlc I purchased previously. Bungie please fix this issue!

I have gone up at least 3 levels of vanguard and dead orbit and I have not received a single package. My postmaster is always empty. I do however receive cryptarch packages. Going to post a video for proof in a little bit

Okay, I came here yesterday and said that I did everything to get my sword, and never got it. I got a whole new guardian, and with my friends, we did everything, the whole story, getting the Calcified Fragments, everything, step by step. When we talked to Eris, my friend got a Stolen Rune, I only got a Reciprocal Rune. He got the bounty, I didn't. He can get his sword, I can't. What the hell. I've done this whole thing now twice step by step. He only has the Legendary Edition, I have the Collectors Edition. This should not be happening. I'm getting ripped off.

Im about to give up on bungie its been 4 days and TTK stand alone version is still not available on the xbox ones store. I tried everything i have both expansions and tried to buy it through the in game directory but when i press purchase nothing happens my friends r leaving me out of the raid cause of this. Is anyone having the same issue?

Just bought the taken king, stand alone as already had expansions, through playstation store but when I launch destiny I'm automatically disconnected from psn and get buffalo error message saying i need to connect to psn account. Booted back to destiny title screen. How do I fix this?

I've been out of the loop for awhile on destiny because I stopped playing for a long time I'm confused on what the requirements are exactly for the taken king upgrade. Sometime ago I had heard the if you already had the other two existing dlcs that the taken king would be only $20 was I wrong or is it because I bought the season pass rather than the individual dlcs?

I'm having an issue with my faction class exotic quest. I got the quest before ttk and had done a good portion of it and after the expansion came out I was unable to finish the quest so I abandoned it. I can't get the quest at the abandoned quest kiosk nor can I get it from dead orbit now. Some help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
