[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u] • Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps: -[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]Clear your console cache[/url] -[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url] -Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch) -Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny [b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b] • Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition. • Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating. • We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards. •The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar. • The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time.   • Is anyone having audio issues when playing the game with a headset? Most of time music will play but sound of weapon, supers, strikes and venders will be silent for few minutes.

        • Did not get boolean gemini after completing all quests. It surely because i am not rank 3. Remove this requirement or give me a way to rank it up. ( i did bountys and redid the house of wolves quests and its not enough)

          • Is anyone else not able to play TTK on Xbox360 with a gamertag [i]other than[/i] the one TTK was purchased and downloaded with? If I use any other gamertag, it prompts me to purchase TTK. Is this by design or is this a problem on my 360? Actually, if [i]you are[/i] able to play TTK on 360 with other gamertags, please reply and let me know.

            • This is really bad service. Bungie has never let me down before, but this is ridiculous. I am disappointed. £40.00 and I have nothing. Infact, its asking me to redo all the bloody quests I have already completed. I have no veteran mission and NO ttk content despite PAYING for it. Sort your game out bungie.

            • I am running an xbox360 and for some reason I have run three heroic vanguard strikes and I didn't receive my legendary marks I hope u guys can investigate this problem I have with u guys from day one my gamer tag is XUnPuNiShEdX I know I want get redeemed for them just thought I would let Bungie know this so maybe they can fix this problem thanks and by the way I love the game u guys keep up the good work

              • I think I have questions and like things to change between people that don't won't dlc and people that buy them. Why do bungie separate us from to different type of people, will to buy or get DLC and people that don't have the money to buy it/ or they don't won't to cause they think it isn't worth buying it.!? There must be a balanced at we can all play together with and with out DLC?! There should be things we can do and share and use the some things like armor weapons leveling up. Yes I understand when you buy dlc you get this and that from the people that doesn't buy them but it should be fair that people that doesn't they should give them something to do adding more stuff to do add thing we could never do and like the third ability like all guardians has how void bow the solar hammer and ark walker it should be for both party dlc people and and non dlc people like I said a great balance that both parties can be happy with each other and happy with you bungie and the destiny game you made. Trust me I played hella lot of your game just it got old and I burn out cause there is nothing to do same shit over and over. You mite or other people reading this think I'm BSing here and going rant on me bout this but think bout this image what is your favorite movie then if you have a partner or best friend or gf or bf ect what are your guys favorite movie. Think bout one then. Tell me when you first watch it wow cool great me ok watch that movie again a week a month a year,? Dose it feel a bit old are starting to feel worn out its not wow or amazing any more playing that same movie over and over 24/7 kind like destiny oh but way a remastered movie of the some one you just the remastered it's like a DLC but it has this and that watch for an other year or to wait there's more a remake an other DLC or remastered remake DLC do you get that I'm going with this hope you do I'm not saying that destiny sucks or its shit or anything things like its good game or a great game but it could of been better it could of been amazing game but it's not sadly if I could fix it or change it I would it a heart beat to make it an amazing game that people won't stop I know how it is now kids won't stop but adult most left hardcore games left there some I'm a hardcore but how it's looking Na wast of my time I got 2 DLC then I didn't buy it and I see 2 different point of view on dlc people and non dlc people so fair I don't like what I see or hear but there things that are good you guys know that is but I need show you that bad and the ugly side

                This is beyond frustrating. Upon announcement of TTK I wanted to know if it would cross platform like the other DLCs. GameStop and Microsoft said it should. No where in your information at the time said otherwise confirming or denying it. I understand from a profits point of view it would make sense for it to be cut and dry like that, however from the customer's perspective and a gamer's perspective I have both systems that I use regularly. 360 for playing with the majority of my friends and XB1 for when I want to play alone. I was already forced to buy the hard copy of the game twice, was super stoked when the DLCs went onto it, that was the deciding factor in my upgrading, and now you're telling me that I spent $80 to purchase TTK so I could have the extras (in essence buying Destiny three times and the first two DLCs twice) only to have to spend ANOTHER $40 of my hard earned money for my second system... Bringing my total spent on this game (not counting the XB1) up to $60 + $35 + $60 + 80 = $235. I worked in retail, now I work in IT Field Services, to me when a customer spends that much, giving them the ability to cross between XB1 and 360 is a very small price to pay for continued loyalty. Because yes I like this game, just ask my wife and cats, yes I will buy the premium packages for the added perks, will this change my view on your company? Yes. I will be severely disappointed and lose respect for those who make decisions like this that hurt the consumer. I would appreciate a reply to this at least acknowledging having seen this.                       More good news if you haven't got TTK After countless hours of research I can offer the following synopsis. 1) 360 players of destiny past and present are not valuable enough to be supported by this developer 2) If you bought Destiny year 1 expansion packs I & II, they are worthless in game and in the real world. 3) You can not rank past LVL34 unless you have TTK. No amount of grinding will rank you up 4) Crucible has been restricted to 6V6 3v3 - not individual match playlist ie (control only) D-TTK release does highlight the massive problems with DLC and not having appropriate purchase support structure in place. Maybe Bungie could consider the following - 1) Make previous DLC transferable between player accounts- or offer to credit the money back for future Bungie DLC's 2) Provide clear disclosure what on content will be available, and on what consoles will have/ have not. 3) Backwards compatibility guarantee for those who have purchased TTK on 360 (as a social consideration) but now wish upgrade to an Xbox one 4) Release a statement - addressing the main concerns raised on this forum

                      i have bought the taken king DLC today for destiny and when i downloaded it. it made me repeat all the house of wolves quests and going to all the venders again. with the purple triangle on them to indicate a mission or interacte. it has done it with about 8 other stages also that i have all ready done. i am level 34 so i have defo done these missions. my friend who has been playing since Tuesday came to give me a hand to rank up and he said you should not have to do these missions again you should be playing the new missions but only the mars one was available for a new mission and the old purple triangle missions where showing as a new mission when i have done them. HELP ME PLEASE BUNGIE AS I HAVE BEEN ON THE FORMS AND I CANNOT SEE HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO THINGS I HAVE ALL READY DONE AGAIN JUST BECAUSE I HAVE PAID £40 FOR THE TAKEN KING DLC AND IT HAS NOT INSTALLED PROPERLY AND ITS FACKED MY GAME UP. I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER I WANTED A NIGHT CHILLIN PLAYING DESTINY THE TAKEN KING AND ALL I HAVE DONE IS MESS ABOUT ALL NIGHT FROM 9-30PM UNTIL 3-38AM TRYING TO GET IT TO WORK PROPERLY PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM BECAUSE THE DOWN LOAD HAS RUINED MY GAME THAT I HAVE SPENT A LOT OF TIME GETTING TO WHERE I WAS.

                      • Me and my brother share the same ps4 and he is the one doing the gameshare. So he bought the expansion pass half a year ago and me and him could play it. But when he now preordered the taken king he is the only one that can play it why is that? And he cannot use the taken king theme he got with the game why is that? When we look at the addons tab on library we can not see taken king there only the expansion pack,dark below and house of wolves. When I tried to activate my friends account (who has TTK) I can play it without any problems and it says that he has the dlc on the addons tab plus he can use the theme. So bungie please. What is happening? My brother bought the dlc for frikin 40$ and he can not even gameshare it nor use the theme he got out if it. It does'nt say that he bought it even though he got the mail from Sony. His gamer tag is XIMoonfangIX if you need it. Mine is above.

                      • So if I'm a veteran on Xbox Consoles but I buy a brand new PS4 Destiny Legendary Edition console I won't receive my Year 1 VIP reward on a newly created account? Even though my PSN is linked to my Xbox Live account on Bungie.net? I don't care about the exotics or armor I've already got but I still would like to have my Year 1 Vip items on a fresh console if I've been playing Destiny since day 1. Give us that option at least?

                          • They told me the although I have Destiny, The Dark Below, and The House Of Wolves (all of which I bought at once last year in the Limited Edition, brand new, unused with the Expansion Pass...did I mention new?) that I didn't qualify for The Taken King. I just looked through the the guides, published from Bungie, and I read that I DO qualify. Yet when I purchased The Taken King from Xbox.com, it didn't work. No one can tell me anything that makes any damn sense regarding this new expansion. I spent on total, $143 for everything. Can someone please explain it to me as you would a child? Because all the going back and forth between these "help" forums and Microsoft support is ludicrous.

                                Bungie this is a damn shame, Ive benn bitching for almost a week for you guys to understand all of these problems you need to fix in the end it still was worth nothing. The solution is if you own Destiny and the other 2 previous expansions you will have special privledges to buy the $40 version of the game, in other words if you don't have the other 2 expansions and have no means of getting them you will not be able to buy the $40 version which also means either way you are paying more than what you originally wanted to pay. Guess what bungie I own the other expansions and destiny, or are you guys gonna say you actually have to purchase the previous expansions, in other words anyone who did not actually buy the other 2 expansions(people who tranfered or shared accounts, etc)you still will not be able to buy the $40 dollar version. I have done nothing but support you guys even with all the dumb ideas you guys have, but this is the final straw, and I'm taking the $50 I can't get back from the store, the money I slaved in the hot sun earning for one purpose and that was to buy TTK and I'm gonna spend it on shit I don't care about.                                 • You guys really need to get your crap together. I can't even download the game on to my hard drive. I contacted Xbox support. I was on the phone with them for hours. I contacted my internet provider, no problem there. This is my first time playing Destiny and let me say, you guys are not off to a good start with me. I understand if you're having issues with the new DLC, but not even having the ability to download the game is ridiculous. The game is frozen at 82% and no matter what I do, it won't progress past that point. I just want to play the game so whatever it is you guys need to do to fix it do it. I bought this game 3 days ago and it's still stuck. Also, I love how dedicated to your fans you are, not putting a customer support line on your website, so I guess I have to wait forever for a response from you guys cause the only support you guys give are these forums.
