• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. • Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.

• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.

• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.

I have yet to receive the exotic sword quest after completing the requirements to obtain the quest (at least the requirements I know of). My sword has 293 light, is fully upgraded and I am crucible rank 9 (some have said that there is a minimum crucible rank that must be achieved though I don't know if this is true). Please help!

After completing war priest my i did not receive any rewards. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or that I'm an idiot and war priest doesn't give loot. Please look into this if loot was to be dropped after completing war priest. Sorry for the inconvenience, I just wanted to let you know. P.S. My secondary inventory was full and some of my armor slots.

Hi. I'm doing the Broken Will quest and it's not showing that I have completed. I have collected 25 Radium Flakes and 10 Motes of Light and yet it still isn't marking that I've completed this or giving me my sword. What have I done wrong?

Bungie, I purchased The Taken King at GameStop. I brought it home downloaded it, let it update and when I go into the game I do not have any access to quests or anything. It tells me I need to purchase the game. I tried the link about manually installing the add on but they weren't there for me to install... What needs to be done to fix this?

I've done all side quests I can and everything I could access I've done. There's locks on many quests including fist of crota lvl 10 quest? I'm new to destiny and was told I have to be level 25 to access this stuff, I'm level 26 now. I put in the code, it says redeemed but keeps everything locked, I've put the code in for every locked quest.. :/ is there something I'm missing or is this an issue? Please respond, I'm just getting hooked and there's nothing else I have access to lol

I think destiny needs a update coz I haven't got my exotic sword quest but yet I've done everything to unlock it and Eris morn just gave me a quest after collecting 50 halium flakes and it came up with a step 4 but not quest or bounty is there? Any help?

Dear Bungie; I am sure that you are working hard to fix these issues, but I just want to share my experience and my humble request in order to play TTK since this is the most appropriate way to reach you (I've tried with other posts and twitter and there's nothing left, not even the light). I'm a PS3 affected user. I'm aware of your purchase policies, however I don't think it is fair to your fellow guardians to decline our standalone TTK purchase. I purchased my TTB and HOW DLCs with another account. This mean I own these; I've played this content for a while, so the game and your servers (not Sony or PSN) should recognize them. However, I am unable to purchase standalone TTK neither from PSN store nor in game map. What if don't want to use that old account anymore? What if I don't have access to it? Or just, what if I have money on my new account and want to use it to purchase TTK? I'm locked up and my only option is to purchase either the 80$ or the 100$ edition with content I already own. For sure this is great because I'll get extra stuff. But hey, I remember somebody said that it'll be $40, so why the heck can't I purchase it uh?! On behalf of the PS3 guardians, we demand a solution. Or at least a response. Flax out.

Bungie I beat the kings fall raid it said I won the helmet but it didn't give it to me and I have video of this. Can I get my helmet. Yes I did check the postmaster and I had 4 slots open too. Help

Ps4: simply just getring kicked left and right feom normal play. No contacting servers or anything, just sent to orbit or sent to my playstation menu and have to reboot. This is quite frustrationg expecially when im in a strike or crucible match yrying to complete difficult quest such as the jolly holliday or fwc quest. Please fix asap. Please.

I still cant access the suros pack or the other stuff you get from the collector edition. I have a physical copy. the code didn't prompt the download and when i go to the menage game i don't see anything there either. Yea and no red bull rewards.
