This post is dedicated to keeping you up-to-date on information regarding Destiny: The Taken King. This includes purchasing, any issues that may arise, and links to new Help articles. Stay tuned to this post for updates and new information.
[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url]
-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. [b] 9/16 UPDATE - This offer should now be available to all eligible players in all eligible regions. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.

• Hot Fix 2.0.0.4 addresses some of the issues seen with the launch of Destiny: The Taken King. You can read the Hot Fix notes on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13562]this Help article[/url].
• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.
[u][b]9/26 NOTES[/b][/u]
• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. In the meantime, please ensure that all Destiny content is installed with [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507] this Help article[/url]. Additionally, you may be required to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restore the licenses on your console[/url]. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/27 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.
• There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Issues impacting the Hakke/Suros Arsenal Packs have been resolved. Installation of the Suros Arsenal Pack or Hakke Weapons Pack may be required: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507

• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

How about the unstable connection since patch 2.0 that there has been not a word about? I am unable to play with my friends and family let alone by my self with out being able to open a zoo with all the error codes tossed at me. And yes I have trouble shot everything possible spent a lot on replacing hardware too. Even upgraded my service to no avail, ball is in your court now Bungie.

I preordered ttk legendary edition download on Xbox one and it gave me all the year one content but didn't download the taken king. My buddy is also facing the same exact problem. It's been a week and nothing has been solved through either Microsoft or Bungie.

bungie is a priority read your patch is affecting all mauritian player on pvp please sorry for my bad english am jeremy a clan founder i live in mauritius theres not a lot a player but here we are getting big problem to find matches in pvp any mode or even weekly heroic strike any mode which other player can join randomly this happen after the new patch before the patch 2.0 all was good but now i cant find any match no player or guardian found and all mauritian destiny gamers i know have the same issue our connection is very good no problem on our network if we have to play we have to invite a american or person in europe to host the match i also found many post like mine and have friend in other country have the same problem please reply

NEED HELP! So I've finished all of Petra and variks quests.... Including lost and found back on Friday. But I still haven't received my Boolean Gemini! I think this is bugged I've waited a few days now and have found no solution. Any help?

Spent the morning scanning help posts and on the phone to eb games, no help. I have the collectors edition installed and no ship or ghost! Please advise me how I can get what I payed for! Have uninstalled and reinstalled,still nothing. Please help or shall I just request a refund as you (Bungie) have taken my money but not given me what I payed for,this is a breach of contract of sale on your part. I feel like you have stolen from me........in fact you have!!!!!!! Give me what I PAYED FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi bungie My companion app has been frozen since tkk dropped. I've deleted, updated and turned upside down more times than I can count. This is the third time I've written to you. Please fix it as its ruining my gaming experience.

My sword is bugged. Instead of having all of the upgrade nodes, the final one is missing. This means i cannot progress to my exotic sword. Bungie, please fix. I'm missing my final scabbard node

I'm confused? I do indeed own both expansions... So the verdict is in! No Taken King.

My touch of malice quest line is bugged. I just finished the part where I got the 50 hadium flakes, 50 weapons parts, and 25 wormspore and turned it into eris to get the weapon frame. She never gave me the next step of the quest in the undying mind strike. I have the fragments required also. Not only that but the extra undying mind strike opened for me I played through it and killed the guy at the end but got nothing. Really need help because I want to get this weapon.

Hey bungie,my raze lighter quest is bugged in a way so that I can't collect solution flares within helium filaments. I've looked on YouTube and a video stated that the helium filaments would be highlighted,but for me they don't.i have cleared my materials,abandoned and retrieved my quest but nothing works.

I completed the taken King story quest, reached rank 3 in crucible, and yet I still do not have the Jolly Holliday quest so I can get the new Chaperone exotic shotgun. Why can't I get it? Do I also need the last word? If not, then can someone please tell me why I have never gotten it?

I was a hardcore Destiny fan from day one but lost interest like many others a few months before the Taken King. I traded in all my Ascended Material for Motes of Light. I had nearly 900 on my character. I went to Dead Orbit to level him up from 22 or 23 to 25. I wanted the packages and the bounty that is awarded at 25. At each level I opted to not take the reward because I had hundreds of Motes of Light remaining to get him to 25. Once I hit 25 I got my bounty but only one level increase package. I have now wasted hundreds of motes of light because you apparently can not level more than once because the award packaged do not stack. Is there any way I can be given my lost packages? I was counting on the possibility of armor and weapons to help me achieve the light needed to participate in the new raid.

All my taken king quests are suddenly gone... I don't have any markers for quests with the exception of the taken war Petra questline... I did start the main questline and got the new subclass, but now it's suddenly gone

Hey guys I'm a Titan trying to do path of the striker bounty, I am a fully leveled striker but says it's incomplete! I have a second striker who hasn't played taken king yet with not fully leveled striker is that why?

No spark of light in my taken king dlc....deleted a character to start over and boom...no spark of light, no character possessed it at all and the character I started over I hardly used like ever, I was on my titan anyways when I bought the dlc please fix this...40 bucks I should be having issues

Not getting any legendary marks for nightfall. And shut rewards while I'm at it. Just played the ridiculous Shank level which took my team well over an hour and I half. All of us over the recommended light level. And get shit rewards and no marks. You guys need to fix this. Pretty disappointing. This is why people think you guys are against the players.

I know "near future" is a relative term, but relative to what here? The few months that will pass before the next expansion? I can be patient, but a periodic "we're still working on it - sorry" would be helpful.
