[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url]
-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. [b] 9/16 UPDATE - This offer should now be available to all eligible players in all eligible regions. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating

• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.

• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.

• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.

[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]

• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

I would like to know why I lost the expansion pass I purchased prior to TTK (HoW & TDB) and an now being forced to buy it again when I had already done so and have the receipt to prove it...I shouldn't have to buy Those two again at all. I tried downloading it again from my download history but nothing... I would like either a response or a refund please...

I will keep repeating this but no update on this issue with the digital standalone edition. Its unavailable in the xbox store and the ingame directory link doesn't work at all. I bought both expansions but still nothing. When is issue getting addressed?

I just completed the lost and found quest for the Boolean gemini and it never dropped the weapon and I can't get the quest back please help me I really wanted this gun please Bungie respond or someone who knows what's wrong

i was playing golgroth and my internet failed but i was reconected with my fireteam but when my ghost spwned at the begining i had a black screen ( like a loading screen but without the loading symbol) when i was revived it was still black and i was still feeling the vibraton of my moves

So what about the fact that owned the collectors edition on the 360 (I have an invoice to prove it) I bought and Xbox one and went to download my collectors edition so I could play with friends but I am being charged another £75. Now I like the game but I'm not paying the best part of £150 for one dlc could you please get back to me bungie (trying to contact you guys is like trying to summon a god or something) thanks in advance.

[b]Great news[/b] everyone - I had to answer one of my own posts by buying TTK for 360 I was worried that the Year 1 expansions where going to be over written- when I bought TTK legendary edition from EB games here in Australia. The content of the case was 1 Disc and 2 codes TTK has it's own unique redeem code Expansions I & II another unique redeem code I've since redeemed the codes on two separate accounts and all is well. Bungie - Please offer better support than you have to date. I hope you listen to the call of people who already own Destiny on the 360 and wish to upgrade to xbox 1in the future - that you set a precedence and not force a double purchase of the same game. This act of good will can only do good things for your brand.

There seems to be an issue with oryx not taking damage to stagger after the first or second blood echo round. Ive noticed we have to go to orbit and come back. pretty frustrating. please fix

I'm having issues with the Taken King Collectors Edition items aswell. I purchased the physical PS4 Edition and have received all items just fine on one character. I started a new Hunter and I never received any of the hunter items (i.e the dance, cloak, and shader.) I'm just curious if there's been a fix for this issue or another player has found a solution. Any information is highly appreciated. Thank you and love TTK so far Bungie!

I've sat here for almost two hours talking to Microsoft trying to fix my issue ( only some of the Taken King - Collector's Edition downloading. ) Finally, we came to the conclusion it was on your side BUNGIE and now I'm upset with what I'm seeing. A lack of support for an issue that should never arised. You dont put something out unless you know it is going to have minor issues. Not 100's where some people can't even play Destiny (wouldn't download Destiny(full game) or the dlc packs). This has wasted my time and everyone else's who is having the same issue. I'm very disappointed in you. I expect more.

I've completed the touch of malice exotic quest as well as the bulean Gemini quest and have received neither of the guns wtf is that

I didn't know if anyone has mentioned this, so I figure I would. In the Kings fall raid, if someone gets disconnected and then the system brings them back into the game the player will be completely black screen. You can still view your character screen, be revived, and move, however your screen will be black so there is no point. U have to go to orbit and rejoin to fix the issue or wait like 10 minutes for it to fix itself. Please bump

I have done the mission that you receive at the reef. At the end you ar suppose to get an Exotic Scout Rifle. Yet I and a couple of my peers have not received it. Idk if its glitched but I am sad.

Valus no longer rewards engram at the end and the fabian strategy's third perk doesn't activate in any game mode.

Is anyone still having problems getting kicked (cattle,or chicken codes ) on XBOX ONE, or any other platform? Also, I just tried to start TTK to see if the problem still exist, & all I got was a License agreement screen, saying if I didn't agree to terms I couldn't play the game. I don't even know if its fixed, but I still have to agree???

. They have not fixed the sub account issue. . They have not fixed the spark of light issue. . They will not answer any questions pertaining to this/or any other questions posed by us plebs. . Send more money.

Hi there! Thanks for all the support. Taken king is GREAT! My issue here is that I have played Destiny since the Vanilla drop. I then pre-ordered TDB and HOW in the pre order bulk package. My son has a separate XBOX account and has always been able to play the content that I have purchased and downloaded onto my account. Destiny, and all three expansions. A lot of the time he plays on my 360. Destiny, TDB and HOW were all originally payed for on my 360, and transferred over nicely to the One. I payed for the legendary collectors edition from Gamestop to get TTK on my One and he has been able to play TTK on my One. However today I downloaded the digital (40.00) version of TTK (via my Xbox account) onto the 360. He cannot access any of TTK content. Why? He has been able to play all of the previous content before on the 360. Why can't he now? He has access on my One but not the 360? I just payed an extra 40 dollars to get TTK for my son, can we please get it working? My profile on 360 has access, but his doesn't? EDIT: Before I called you, I called XBOX support who had me clear the 360's cache, reload TTK, and transfer licenses. Thanks for the support! Hopefully we can figure this out quick so we can get one more guardian on the dreadnaught! ;) #help

Wow even with the new patch they still haven't acknowledged the problem with the TTK purchase not going to all profiles on the console, and instead going to only the one that purchased it... Starting to feel frustrated here. Also with the "Unavailable" at the Xbox store for TTK Upgrade even though we have both Dark below and House of wolves..
