[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u] • Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps: -[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539]Clear your console cache[/url] -[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url] -Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch) -Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny [b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b] • Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition. • Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating. • We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards. •The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar. • The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b] [u][b]9/27 NOTES[/b][/u] • Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating. • There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b] [u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u] • Issues impacting the Hakke/Suros Arsenal Packs have been resolved. Installation of the Suros Arsenal Pack or Hakke Weapons Pack may be required: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507 [u][b]9/29 NOTES[/b][/u] • The Nightfall reward “Radiant Light” has been retired. In its place, Vanguard Streaks can be earned by players in strike playlists for a chance at more rewards.     • So I turned in all of my Lord Shaxx Weekly bounties along with the quartermaster's bounties but I didn't get any reward for it whatsoever. Did anyone else run into this problem or just me? I got a reward last week and it was fine but this week did not reward me with anything after turning in all my bounties. HELP OUT BUNGIE!, Thanks

    • I preordered destiny TTK digital collectors edition for xbox one but never got my code to enter in the Xbox store. I have the email confirming my payment but that's it. I ended up getting it for Xbox 360 but I would like the special things that come with my preorder. What are my options?

          • I pre-ordered TTK (year 1 player) and I STILL have not gotten my Suros Weapons Pack (I did get the Emblem & Shader though). I've verified that all components/add-ons are installed under "Managed Games".

            • I logged into destiny today and it said ttk was corupt and couldn't load but my guns and missions are all available and my gear is there but it won't let me equips the gear I got for beating the story to the taken king does anyone know how to fix this??? I am on ps4

            • Just an answer or acknowledgement that we will get OUR "not so" VIP rewards would be nice. Between the two people I've bought this for in my home I'm out about $300 to Bungie. Be nice to at least hear something. It's been 11 days since last remarks on this problem lots of people are having.

            • Hey Bungie, I wanted to voice a question that a number of people I play with are having. We have all checked in with every person/kiosk in the tower and accepted/cleared all current and outstanding quests, but for some reason it still shows the Quest Icon above the Tower destination in the Director. Some of us have this issue on multiple characters as well. I am not particularly upset about this, but I am slightly confused/annoyed, especially if there is a quest I could be missing out on. Do any players on this forum, or actual Bungie staff/moderators, have any advice? I welcome tips on how to remove the quest icon, especially if there is some loot I could get!! Thanks in advance!

                Good morning Bungie, I have spent so many hours trying to find the Sleeper Simulant. I have been searching Destiny from corner to corner and have done every Gunsmith Test Weapon yet still today I have not reached rank 4 but my friends have and they are not even trying to find the Simulant and dont even know what it is. So today I kept an open eye to find out why this has happened. I noticed that when I turned in my first test weapon for this week I received no XP increase towards my Gunsmith but the rest of my test weapons gave XP. I believe that leveling up the gunsmith is key into finding the Sleeper Simulant and would bring me closer to my goal in finding the Sleeper Simulant. I am now heart broken to see that Destiny is not working right for me. My original hunt was for the Vex Mythlocast during VOG. I played 200+ raids and didn't receive one until the Wolves DLC dropped. But by that time the weapon was useless. I even tried for the Chaperon exotic shotgun but sadly this game messed me up with that too. I went 19-2 while the Last Word was equipped only to find that it gave me no favor with Tex. But when I play the matches without it equipped but equip it seconds before the match ends they give me 4% favor?! I am asking Bungie please fix this problem that I am having with XP gains and I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

                • We haven’t been able to launch Destiny past the stagnant title screen since the PS4 3.00 Firmware Update this morning to even begin the process of downloading the 2.0.0.5 Destiny Update :( When launching the title screen, the entire system appears to become unresponsive - only when holding down the PS4 button on the dual shock controller does the screen come up to Log Out, Restart, Close Application, etc. After selecting one of these options, the entire device gets stuck on its appropriate “waiting” screen (“Preparing to turn off the PS4..” blue screen with spinning wheel when restarting, “Logging Out” when logging out, etc). When attempting to restart, the device beeps three quick times as though trying to power off, but screen stays the same. The only resolution is force shutting down the entire PS4. My boyfriend and I have 2 PS4s that are signed in to both of our PSNs, and the issue doesn’t happen when signing into either PSN on the other PS4. Double checked that everything is downloaded from the PS Library as well. Connected and reconnected to internet, when selected "Check for updates" on Destiny application, states that it is the latest version that is installed. PLZ HELP WE JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME TOGETHER AND NOT MOPE WHILE ONE PERSON PLAYS AND THE OTHER ONE WATCHES :(

                  • Thanks for acknowledging the Armsday issue, but please can you explain the following, if it's meant to be redeemed in a particular way (visiting the gunsmith): - If it can't be 'opened' in the inventory, why was there an option to press X (PS4)? - Upon pressing X, why did the order completely disappear even though I had locked it to prevent dismantling? - In hindsight I should have read more, but if we are to visit the gunsmith to get the new weapons, why was there no green icon above his head to indicate that he was ready to see us? - The order icon even changed to have a yellow ring around it, suggesting it was 'ready' to open. In my haste I opened it like an engram. This shouldn't have been possible. I appreciate that this bug was unforeseen, but it has caught a LOT of guardians out. I thank you for trying to fix it, but please can you confirm if we will get our orders back? I lost two orders at Rank 2.

                  • I purchased the digital collectors edition of the taken king for ym xbox 360 and everything is fine until it gets to expansion pack one. Once it gets there it says it cannot be downloaded. And it's not giving me the option to download the collectors edition on my xbox one. It was my understanding that if I purchased dlc on my xbox 360 that it would also be on my xbox one without me having to purchase it again. All the other dlc I've gotten on my 360 it downloaded fine on the one.

                  • Another succsessful black spindle attempt, but no Black spindle earned we finished with 0:40 secondish left on the clock. When we returned to orbit we got the destiny reboot notification we assumed it would arrive later or be at post master but no joy. Please help as this took us all day to achieve. Player involved ( Big D 36one (me) Spartan Pri and frostie ) Xbox One

                    • I have ttk downloaded and the only thing i didn't get was the weapons, was able to use the shader and emblem for a week then it tells me i need the pre order when i have it, and when i view game details on ttk it says bundle only does not say i have it installed when i do, the shader and emblem are still on my warlock in the invatory as prof i pre order it

                        • um... i went with 2 other people to get the black spindle today. killed the champion with 1:08 left (mission ended ) and didn't get the exotic sniper? it was a pain in my ass mission so we dont want to go through that mission like 7 more times to get it! please help. the people that were with me in that mission were ( Obey Amps, xMEGAxGENGARx ,DrunknIronRabit )

                            • why is there no mention about the issue of Oracle 99 and Double banshee shaders not being available or in the kiosk for alot of people who had them unlocked before TTK. Also all the missing emblems from the promotional codes are still missing along with the preorder sparrow. I would like to get those back please and I'm sure all the other people missing them too would like them back as well.

I bought and own both HoW and TDB and still nothing has changed since September 15 Can you guys just release it in the Xbox/PSN store for the players who has this bug. Just place a warning for everyone that you need the previous expansions to play it. How hard can that be.

                                • Focused Light issue. I redeemed 2 Focused Light codes. This was the first time doing so on my PSN account I have done it numerous times on my Xbox Live account with no issues. I followed all of the steps, went through redbullquest.com finished on Bungie.net, just like normal. Everything looked fine, codes went through, but still no focused light. That was two days ago. GT is jdmountford.
