• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.

So I can't even describe how many problems I have with the whole concept of the Taken King. Among these issues is my lack of VIP rewards and quest. I'm not sure when you're gonna fix this, instead of worrying about "favorites" on your website, but I would appreciate you guys looking into it, as I feel like I deserve these items for putting up with all the crap.

Certain shaders and emblems are not unlocking despite relevant requirements being met, seems a few people have this issue

When making the purchase, I received two items , an exotic cover and an item by clicking arrive until level 25 . So that only items , for which reason I am sending you this message because I did not receive all the collector game advertising items. I await response and thanks. For the love of christ please help me on my thread. its been almost two weeks and I haven't gotten a shred of help with my problem. I can't get the redbull quest (make the vanguard smile) to appear. Im level 40, taken king quest line complete, AND light level 260... I've redeemed two useless codes and haven't gotten anything out of them. I've confirmed my console and it says I have redeemed the codes under redeemed codes... HELP DEVS.... Also, its a super "good" idea that there is no help email for me to send a messege to, and instead I have to post on this useless forum. thanks.

Upon killing Oryx on my hunter I got one raid weapon and a blue engram! The second time after killing Oryx on my warlock I only got 2 moldering shards, and nothing else... This is not good considering how hard it is to complete the raid in the first place and to not get any loot from it makes me not want to play the game. I bet you can imagine how frustrating this is. Please compensate me or at the vary lease reset my raid so that I can earn the loot that I deserve. Thank you, wstsidsrfr85 P.s. I have proof of these loot drops on my game dvr if you'll need it.

The reason I query this is other friends have completed it with their second and third characters and received swords? Please can you tell me why I didn't? Thank you my console is ps4

It says "requires the taken king collectors edition", which i payed for. I have tried all the above suggestions to resolve the problem, but none have worked. Besides the fact that the class items do not work on my account, I am very disappoint that these items can not be infused and therefore are useless for higher level characters.I don't even want to talk about the weapons, all I will say is again useless for higher level characters. If I had known that, I would not have payed for the collectors edition. Fool me once, you will not fool me again. My suggestion, better description in your marketing on all DLCs packages. At lest then, I would not wonder if you "bungie " intentionally ripped me off. Was it intentional? I don't know. But that is how I feel about it. I feel you "bungie" did not give me a fair choice in buying the next dlc in regards to which package would be best for me. Yes it is a game, but it is the money that really counts and that is what changes everything and puts a reality check on it. Trust is a very valued commodity in business, but I think you know that. I will continue to play Destiny, but I will think twice when the next dlc comes out in my purchase choice. With all that said, I do want to say the taken king is beautiful and well done! Update- it is on the xbox one not the 360 that I am unable to get the collectors edition items to work.

"I have an Xbox 360 that has purchase licensing for Taken King, the Legendary Edition, and the Collectors Edition (all 3). I previously used only a game disc but due to not wanting to use the disc anymore I purchased the bundles. I have worked with Xbox Support for quite some time to access the content, but when I attempt to launch the game (following a successful download) it states that I need to download the content again. On this last attempt Xbox Support advised me to delete my profile and all Destiny content, and redownload everything. Now I am receiving a bungie network error stating that some of the content cannot be downloaded. Xbox Support has now directed my to you based on the errors that I am currently receiving."

Hey bungie. Destiny ghost tracker says I haven't collected fragment 34 (scent of worm chest) but I just did in game and the chest didn't give me a fragment which means I've already got it. Game also says I have 44 fragments when I have clearly got 45.

Bought a new console and he can play it perfectly but for me it says it requires the taken king. I've tried nearly everything Restored back to factory settings. Deleted the game and re-installed it. Restored liscenes. Its definitely the primary console. I'm all out of ideas. Help?

I just bought taken king on 360 a week ago, my wife just bought me a xbox one. I've been playing destiny for over a year now. Can I transfer my characters? Also can I not trade my game in for an Xbox one version for a discounted price?

Hey I have got the original destiny and also thinking of getting the two expansion packs but I want to know if I buy them will the taken King come free with them because I don't want to have to buy the whole game with the expansion and the taken King please help I'm also on ps4

Hey I downloaded the $40 taken King stand alone, but it wont allow me to access the content, it keeps telling me that there is an error, and it gives me the error code "BOAR" so I removed it, and then went to re install it but now its telling me that its unavailable. please help the console i'm using is the Xbox One. thanks

Im after buying 2 heavy exotic weapons they year 2 , I put them In the vault and the went down to 160 despite the fact when I got them they were 280 , I don't understand how this had happened , please help

Hello Bungie please help me it took two weeks my problem with Destiny The Taken King Legendary Edition and reshina yesterday I bought digital version of Destiny dlc The Taken King for the xbox one I got a set of weapons SUROS, paint and access to dlc Taken King I don't like so I have Taken King and access it I havent deleted it and re downloaded it not what I spent money on Taken King Bungie when my problem will be resolved how much more waiting I'm not the only person who has this problem

Ever since Saturday I have been having trouble staying logged in I have done everything possible to try to fix the issue but nothing seems to be helping. I'm getting frustrated to the point I want throw the whole thing away. I thought it was my xbox or Internet but I can play other games like elder scrolls with no issues and without being dropped please tell me what the issue may be with the weasel error code

The "increased melee attack" perk found on gautlets seems to be glitched for a warlock, storm caller to be specific, and does not work. The melee has no change when it should The exotic gautlets for the hunter, the one where you can hold an extra melee charged is not working correctly either. If the player throws the smoke grenade and makes contact with another player, both melee chargers will be used(given that both melees are fully charged). However, if one throws it at the ground or wall, they will work the correct way. Please resolve the issue or at least acknowledge the problem and begin working on a solution.

I finish kings fall for the first time this week, had over 20 moldering shards, and no rewards AT ALL!! Is there a way to fix this?!!
