This post is dedicated to keeping you up-to-date on information regarding Destiny: The Taken King. This includes purchasing, any issues that may arise, and links to new Help articles. Stay tuned to this post for updates and new information.
[u][b]9/15 NOTES:[/b] [/u]
• Xbox 360 players: If you purchased any digital version of Destiny: The Taken King and are encountering issues launching it, please perform the following steps:

-[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]Restore the licenses on your console[/url]
-Launch the application purchased via Xbox Marketplace (Xbox Dashboard -> Games -> My Games -> Launch)
-Once all eligible offers have finished installing, relaunch Destiny
[b]We reached a working resolution with Microsoft for this Xbox 360 issue. Any Xbox 360 players who experience error code 80070057 after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King, please contact Xbox support for the best resolution.[/b]
• Xbox 360 players who wish to purchase Destiny: The Taken King ($40 USD) can do so via the in-game prompt on the Director. This upgrade will not be available on the Xbox Marketplace, only the Legendary Edition and the full Collector's Edition.
• Some users are reporting that the Golden Chest count was reset on their Moments of Triumph at 2am PDT. We are actively investigating.
• We are aware of an issue that Crucible rank package display as "Vanguard". These are, in fact, Crucible packages and will give Crucible rewards.
•The Suros Arsenal weapons and Vanguard Weapon Pack Items can be found at the Vanguard Quartermaster, located in the Tower Hangar.
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade ($20) may not be available for purchase at this time. We are aware of this issue and are actively investigating. [b] 9/16 UPDATE - This offer should now be available to all eligible players in all eligible regions. If you are unable to see this offer, please ensure your account meets all the pertinent requirements[/b]
[u] [b]9/16 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Xbox One players, who have purchased Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition, may need to manually install individual parts of the Collector's Edition bundle to receive in-game items. This can be done by performing the following steps:
- From the Xbox Dashboard, highlight the Destiny application
- Press the Menu button on your controller
- Select "Manage Game"
- Verify all eligible downloads are installed (uninstalled items will be noted on the right-hand side)
• The Digital Collector's Edition Upgrade is not available for the Xbox 360. Players who wish to obtain items from the Digital Collector's Edition will need to purchase the Digital Collector's Edition.
• Player's current Legendary Marks are not being updated on the Bungie.net. We aware of this issue and are actively investigating
[u][b]9/17 NOTES[/b][/u]
• If you've purchased Destiny: The Taken King and discover that any part of your purchase contents are not in-game, you may need to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507]manually install a portion of the download[/url]
• We're aware of an issue where players may experience a Destiny application crash/freeze when multiple status effects are active. We're actively investigating this matter. If you experience game crashes/freezes when multiple status effects are applied to your character, a known work around is equipping different pieces of gear.
• We have identified the issue with Golden Chests count for the Moments of Triumph requirements and are working on a fix. We will have more information in the near future. [b]Update 9/24: Hotfix 2.0.0.4 addressed an issue in which the Golden Chest node completions disappeared after the releae of The taken King.[/b]

[b][u]9/18 NOTES[/u][/b]
•We are currently investigating reports of eligible players are not receiving all Destiny: The Taken King Collector's Edition items.
• We are aware of reports that some eligible players are not seeing their VIP Quest "Veteran's Tour". We are currently investigating. [b][u]9/24 NOTES[/u][/b]
• We have fixed an issue with Year 1 Moments of Triumphs in which the Golden Chest node completions were disappearing after the Destiny: The Taken King release.
• We have fixed an issue where players who reached Level 40 before turning in the Reach Level 30 objective did not properly receive the Level 40 quest.
[u][b]9/25 NOTES[/b][/u]

• Hot Fix 2.0.0.4 addresses some of the issues seen with the launch of Destiny: The Taken King. You can read the Hot Fix notes on [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13562]this Help article[/url].
• We are investigating some Xbox 360 players reporting that they have not received their Spark of Light after purchasing Destiny: The Taken King.
[u][b]9/26 NOTES[/b][/u]
• There have been reports of players losing access to their SUROS Arsenal content. We are actively investigating this matter. In the meantime, please ensure that all Destiny content is installed with [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507] this Help article[/url]. Additionally, you may be required to [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181]restore the licenses on your console[/url]. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/27 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Bungie is aware of reports that players are experiencing Audio issues when playing various modes in Destiny, and currently investigating.
• There have been reports of players losing access to their Suros Emblem, Shader, and Weapons. Bungie is aware and currently investigating this matter. [b][UPDATE 9/28][/b]
[u][b]9/28 NOTES[/b][/u]
• Issues impacting the Hakke/Suros Arsenal Packs have been resolved. Installation of the Suros Arsenal Pack or Hakke Weapons Pack may be required: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13507
[u][b]9/29 NOTES[/b][/u]
• The Nightfall reward “Radiant Light” has been retired. In its place, Vanguard Streaks can be earned by players in strike playlists for a chance at more rewards. For more information, follow this [url=https://www.bungie.net/7_Vanguard-Streaks/en/Help/Article/13629]Help article[/url].
• It is possible to lose Armsday Orders when attempting to redeem them from the character inventory screen. We stress that players only redeem Armsday orders within the Gunsmith's turn-in order window. We will continue to investigate this issue.

• Favorites on Bungie.net have been disabled. We are currently investigating this, and will update when this feature is available once more.
UPDATE: Favorites have been turned back on. We will continue to monitor this feature to ensure it is functioning properly.

• We are aware that players are unable to activate their fully charged Agonarch Rune, and are currently investigating.

Fix your issues, 1 day is one thing, but to have this problem for consecutive days is insane. And it's not only me, friends of mine haven't even been getting on these past few days because of it.

I just bought the hard copy of destiny with all the DLCs included, game runs fine and it says everything is downloaded, but whenever I try to play any of the new story missions, it says I need to purcahse the DLC's to play. In Canada BTW

May someone answer this next question for me? If I have Destiny TTK on X360 and want to upgrade to XBOne I know that supposedly you have to buy a second copy of TTK to play on XBOne. But what if I used the Spark of Light on a new character on XBOne? Would it then unlock the TTK for my XBOne?

Did pre order on ps3 have not received my vanguard rifle pack

Yesterday I was doing the hard raid and we had oryx down to where we had to go shoot him in the front. Then we all got weaseled, as many others did yesterday at the same time. I want the drop that myself and my group earned after consistently playing the raid for a few hours to only get booted due to an issue with your game at the last possible second. I know you can go back and look through my account to verify what I am talking about, so I ask you to go and check my warlock for the information pertaining to it and to maybe send me the drop in the post master.

I Preorder the taken king on my PS3. it works just fine however when i got my PS4 is said that i need to re buy the dlc in order to use it. and i play a bit of the game on the ps3 so i got stormcaller and it still said that i did not buy it on the ps4. can you please help me fix this or tell me what i have to do in order to get the taken king on the PS4

I got lagged out of a trials game and got "weasel" and now I can't get back in passed the start screen before selecting a character and now every time I 'select A to play' I get another error code "drum". every attempt to get back in the game I've gotten this error code. someone tell me what is going on?

Im really upset and aggravated because of a bug that won't let me enjoy the game i spent money for. Im on my Titan female level 40 and in the middle of doing the Taken war: Petra questline because im in the mood to get my feud unfading shader and my boolean gemini, and as i finish the quest i go offline for a bit to take a quick nap and come back to find that the game is forcing me to redo the whole taken king questline for absolutely no reason despite me having grimoire cards from missions i did from taken king on my titan and having sunbreaker, literally something you can't have unless you've at least started the questline for taken king, please help me out

Just got Ps4 and Taken King legendary edition on it. After inserting disk into PS4, it downloaded 18 G update on it, version 1.17. After many hours finally opened destiny and was ready to play my old character, but suprisingly, I couldnt access those expansions, when trying to redeem my code that came with the game. It gives error code: WC-40372-6 and tells me code is already used? Looked for internet about this, but cant get answers, please help ! Got PSplus, doesnt help any. Tried redeeming code with computer, still not working, when i'm going to get workable code for my expansions Bungie?! MAde new psn account, no help with that. Its been almost week, no answers.

Still can't access the VIP rewards that I know I qualify for, I purchased the season pass when the game first came out, and I've checked on all my characters with zavala, at the abandoned quests kiosk, on my active quests, the shader/emblem/sparrow aren't even listed on the kiosk This has been an issue since day 1 of TTK release, why isn't this fixed yet?

So Bungie it's been nearly a month that I can't download the update for the taken king dlc ,how long it'll take you to fix things on your servers ? because it's clearly that it's not a console problem, at least bother to say something different that works ,than clearing the cache like if it were a magic solution to everything

listen bungie. i have not been able to connect to destiny even before the patch dropped. I have not change any network settings in my house. I have already restarted my ps4 fully, deleted and reinstalled applications, downloaded the patch and i have the latest version, and restored licenses and i am continuously getting a message saying my permissions have changed or im signed in elsewhere(which playstation confirmed my account is not signed in elsewhere and all their services are working fine). what the hell else am i supposed to do? a bunch of people on my friends list are working fine. you need to at least tell us something as to why its still messed up
